Description

The world of work is undergoing a transformation: digitalisation, artificial intelligence and new societal demands are fundamentally changing professions, organisations and the way we work together.

In this interactive session, visitors will gain insights into key developments in the ‘Future of Work’. Drawing on data, studies and real-world examples, we will discuss together which jobs are changing, which skills will become more important in the future, and how work as a whole is being reshaped.

Through dialogue with the audience, typical job profiles will be examined and possible future scenarios explored. The aim is to provide a clear picture of the changes in the world of work whilst also highlighting prospects for study and career development.
