description

Molecular Functional Materials & 2D Materials: Why think three-dimensionally when it works better with 2D? Inspired by graphene - the material consisting of only one carbon atom layer - we are focusing on the design of new two-dimensional (2D) materials. We synthesize them in the chemistry laboratory, investigate their unique properties and make them usable in components related to energy, mobility or microelectronics.
