How is the city changing our waterways—and what can floating islands do about it?
Planted floating islands improve water quality, promote biodiversity, and strengthen the ecosystems in our urban rivers and lakes. At our booth, you can explore the island from three different perspectives:
Put on a VR headset and dive into the world of a floating island like a frog—where blades of grass look like trees and insects fly right up close!
You can also touch real plants and materials from our research and use the large touchscreen to find out what people are doing to our waterways—and how nature can make a comeback. Come check it out!
