Hygiene and Efficiency United: Sustainable Technologies for Food Processing Plants
Sustainable production? Of course! But how can processing plants for food production be cleaned with fewer resources and still be hygienically flawless? And how can packaging made from new materials be sealed if the machines are still set up for conventional films? The TUD is researching this with the Fraunhofer IVV and demonstrating technologies that have been developed to support the food industry in resource-saving production.
