In the ROLEPL-AI project, an AI is being developed that simulates and evaluates conflict situations in virtual space as an avatar. Employees or students can train conflict management in this way. The presentation will provide insights into the interplay between AI and leadership and the first prototype of the AI developed in the project will be shown.
