description

Since 1982, the VKTA's underground laboratory has been operating in the lowest-radiation room in Saxony in the former ice storage of the Felsenkeller brewery, because less is more. Here we are on the trail of radioactivity for environmental protection, consumer protection and science. In a 20-minute guided tour, you will learn interesting facts about radioactivity, the rock, the former brewery and, of course, the Felsenkellerlabor itself.
