The main goal of the project is the development and demonstration of a fully automated fast charging system for electric trucks in the megawatt range. This will allow large truck batteries to be charged seamlessly during loading and unloading or during statutory rest periods. The technological key is an automatic fast charging interface that is capable of transmitting over one megawatt of electric power.
